Firstly, I would like to extend a hearty welcome to all students and parents, both present and prospective, who have shown keen interest in SLOPELAND COLLEGE- College of Teacher’s Education (B.Ed), College of Management Studies (BBA) and College of Information Technology (BCA).
Slopeland College of Teacher’s Education was established in 2014 to train teachers. It is recognized by NCTE and affiliated to Manipur University. So far we have trained more the 1000 trainees directly and indirectly by the qualified trainers of this institution.
As I have been in the field of academics, I have always believed in the need of training and re-training the teacher’s who are educating the young pillars of the nation. In 21st century education system, merely a bachelor or master degree is not enough to connect and teach the young students of today, it’s not just a books; it’s much more beyond that. Beside these factors, there is also problem of accessibility of those who wants to get trained, especially in the rural areas of Thoubal and Chandel District; where there is not any teacher’s training colleges. That’s where Slopeland College of Teachers Education comes to the picture.
We have also opened two under-graduation courses from 2017- Bachelor of Management Studies (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). Both the courses are affiliated to Manipur University.
Our aim is to forward educational interest and well being of individual challenged by the lack of quality education. By imparting good education, we can play a vital role in growth and development of education in our country.
Our mission and vision is to develop our students into intellectuals and capable leaders, who can effectively deal with the challenge that lie ahead in their life and bestow resources anywhere in world of education.
We promise to impart education with all modern facilities and excellent teaching facilities.

This website was made after our old website was deleted by GoDaddy during the ethnic war in Manipur , during which Internet was totally shut down & curfew imposed. So It is not fully made , still under maintenance. We are pursuing legal action at the moment against Godaddy to restore the old website. Thanks for understanding.
